Last night I received threats from someone I know, by phone. I did not respond. It wasn’t funny and I didn’t sleep well. I don’t know if it’s over.

It got me thinking…In this time of isolation, people with mental health issues, personality disorders and with insecurities may have too much time to think and get stir crazy, even paranoid. That could lead to them making bad decisions.

If you know such people, please check in on them. Make sure they purchase their meds and take them. Spend time with them so they can stay connected to reality. Play games to keep their mind busy.
Reassure them often that it’s going to be ok.
